The 2010 Paris Motor Show has again not failed to deliver some stunning supercar debuts from the likes of Lamborghini, Ferrari, Jaguar and Lotus.
Among the highlights for us was the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento – a supercar Lamborghini claim is capable of accelerating from 0-100 KM per hour in just 2.5 seconds.
Lotus showed of a surprising five new models, as the British car manufacturer looks to shed its image as a niche company and go more mainstream, targeting the likes of Ferrari, Porsche and Aston Martin with a series of high-performance cars. Read the rest of this entry »

Earlier this week we brought you some dishy pics of the Porsche 997 GTS Speedster at the Paris Motor Show 2010. Now we can go one better with some video of the car, featuring Ingo Frenkel and Karl-Heinz Volz who explain the concept behind the new 911 Speedster. This car is limited to 356 units and celebrates its world debut in Paris.
The Paris Motor Show 2010 continues to deliver on the Supercar front – and here’s a sneeky clip of what Porsche brought are bringing to the party.
Andreas Henke who explains what goes into designing and constructing the fabulous Porsche stand at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The specially designed stand includes a feature area where the world premiere of the 911 Speedster and the 911 Carrera GTS took place.
Porsche unveiled their wallet busting 997 GTS Speedster at The Paris Motor Show this week. And Autospies were among the first in the line to get a peak at the new supercar.
The Speedster comes with a whopping price tag over $200,000. The GTS will hit showrooms in early 2011 with a starting price just over $100,000 for the coupe. Convertibles will be priced near $113,000. Read the full story and see all the pictures on Autospies here.

Aston Martin has released new video footage of the One-77 undergoing track testing. The video shows an engineering prototype of the One-77 is put through its paces, with running commentary provided by design director Marek Reichman and CEO Ulrich Bez. The One-77 was formally unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Auto Show. The first customer deliveries are slated for early 2011, with prices starting at around $1.7 million, with only 77 copies being built
Only three days away from the 2010 Paris Motor Show, and the fever pitch is rising as Lamborghini release the fourth teaser image of their new supercar – either a technology concept, a new Gallardo or a replacement for the Murcielago, no one’s sure! And don’t strain your eyes looking at this picture to get clue of what it refers too, it is as pointless as the other three. There are still two more to go!

Porsche launches a small edition of a new 911 Speedster, which premieres at the Paris Motor Show next month. Paying homage to the 356 Speedster, the first Porsche model that bore the name Speedster, the production run for the new model is limited to 356 cars. The two-seater is significantly different from the other members of the 911 family.
Lamborghini have been testing their AS YET UN-NAMED V12 2011 Supercar at the Nurburgring circuit in Germany, as seen in these pics published by CarMagazine.co.uk.
The Murcielago successor will be launched formally at the 2011 Geneva motor show, so we can expect to see plenty more of this screaming wedge-shaped veloceraptor in spy photos over the next six months.
